    -Organizational metrics and dashboards.

  • 3. Lean Six Sigma Projects

    -Project Focus.
    -Selecting Projects.
    -Estimating Project Benefits.
    -Overview of DMAIC methodology.
    -Project Reporting.

Week 4

  • 4. Final Exam
