3. Value Stream Management
3.1 Value Stream Analysis

-Process Mapping.
-Process Flow (Spaghetti Diagram).
-Work Cell Design.
-5S and Visual Management.
-Heijunka (Load Levelling).
-Jidoka (Building Quality In).
-Poka-Yoke (Mistake-Proofing).
